I can't change my password in windows screen saver. I
click change and nothing happens. The password protect is
checked and if I uncheck it, it still does nothing.
Also every time I open Outlook Express 6 I get
the "illegal operation" message. How do I get rid of that?

format your computer and reinstall. Laf.. nah i would re-
install outlook express. for your screensaver problem..
try changing to a different screen saver..?
