I am running Outlook 2002 & Windows XP. I just had to
reinstall my software & now my passwords cannot be
retained in Outlook. I am prompted each time & they work
fine, but they will not be retained even with the save
password checked. I have tried the fix to delete users
under the Protected .... user key in the registry, but
there are no users listed.
Anyone have any suggestions?
