Paste Field as Static

I would like to take the text result of a field (Eg.
INCLUDETEXT) and paste it as static text (ie will no
longer be tied to the reference - Eg. for emailing to
someone else) Can this be done?

select the field and press ctrl-shift-f9. This replaces the field with its
result.
