Paste Link and Templates

I am trying to make a number of templates for Workmans comp that I use
quaterly. I have several templates that are linked together and was wondering
if there is anyway to make these templates so that I do not have to relink
them every quarter. There is 10 pages that link to three others that link to
one. Help.
