Pasting images so that always are same size and location

I have been given many images, and been told to print each image twice on one
piece of paper with some text. I have chosen Word as the method (right or
wrong, I do not have fancy print graphics packages). Is it possible to set
up some sort of template so that when I paste the image onto the page it will
always be the same size and location and from where I can then zoom in or
crop etc, but the image will still remain taking up the same space.

I am Using Win XP and Office 2003.

Any help much appreciated.

Try pasting into the cell of a table that has fixed dimensions
