Patch (Msp) files for uninstalling

Please advise how I can restore patch (msp) file to my
Publisher 2002 and MS Office 2001 programs. I want to
uninstall them but,in trying to do so, I get an error
message to say these files are missing.

I cannot update my office products without these ppatch
files.
