Pausing presentations Starting from a certain slide

R

Rod

I'd like to know if it's possible in PPT 2002 and 2003 to
do 2 things:

1) Pause a presentation and then pick up where you left off

2) Start a presentation from a slide other than the first
slide, w/o having to hide slides to do it.

Thanks for your time.

1. While in Slide Show mode, press the "S" key to pause. Press "S" to
restart.

2. Create Custom Shows (Slide Show menu). You can select which slides to
show, duplicating/skipping as you wish.

Rod...You can pause a self-running presentation by hitting the "S" key to
pause then rehitting that key to continue. To start a presentation from
other than the first slide...first type in the Number of that slide, than hit
enter. It will bring you to the exact slide you want. - Rich
