pdf file margins bigger than publisher file margins

When I convert to pdf in Pub 2007, the file margins are way bigger. My
printer will print the following: R and L .25 inch. Top .196, bottom .2. I
posted this question once, but it's not showing up. Usually you get a
confirmation about posting.

When I have it professionally printed (I've used this template before), the
margins are not so wide.
