Personal Folder Access

Working with Office Pro 2007. Installed and two internet email accounts
created with mailboxes populated. Issues required a reinstall. It is my
understanding that the mail should remain on the machine. I see the two
accounts but only two emails from one of them. How can I manually connect to
the pst files"?
