Personalizing Templates

How do I use images I find on the web as a PPT template background? I want to
use images from GettyImages, for example, as my template but am not sure how
to do this w/just an image rather than downloading a specific template.

Go to View - Master - Slide master - choose Format - Background - click on
the listarrow - choose fill effects - picture tab - browse - select
picture - Insert - OK - apply to all. Close slide master view. All your
slides will have the same background image now.
Do mind the copyrights though!
