I am setting up users on our LAN with Windows 2000 and
Office 2000. By corporate policy, I can not give them
anything but "User" rights. Unless I give them "Power
User" rights, Photo Editor will not open a jpg file. If I
change it to Power Users, it opens up just fine. Anyone
know what settings I need to change so that the user can
open these filesm with Photo Editor and still be
restricted to "User" rights?
