photo size

i am a learner so forgive me.......i have some photos that i want to enlarge
to regular size for printing but when i resize in picture manager they just
blurr due to the low resolution! is there any way to do this properly?

It can't be done.

Are you using digital pictures or scanned in copies of paper copies?

they are digital shots i downloaded from my camera and emailed. i then had a
hard drive failure before i was able to get them on to disc!! they have been
emailed back to me through an album in yahoo and are tiny!

yoohoo probably "adusted" them for you.
you can't make them bigger.
go back to your original source files if you can.

You can - visit every newsgroup that exists on the web, answer all questions
the best you can, throw in an occasional RTFM response, add a healthy splash
of humor, and then drink another huge Diet Coke. :)
