Pics won't publish

I created my website in Microsoft Publisher and when i load it to my site
host, the pictures DO NOT show!! I've followed all the correct instructions
for publishing a site, i've tried several different ways of saving the pics,
I've even tried to save each picture to the host site.... NOTHING WORKS!
I've searched the help topics and communities, etc etc etc NOTHING HELPED!

Does anyone know how to fix this in laymen's terms...step by step
directions?

Have you tried posting your
question the following newsgroup?

"publisher.webdesign"

BTW, be sure to include your
MS Publisher version and your
Windows version.

Assuming that you are using Pub 2003, then are you going through File > Save
As a web page, or Publish to the Web? The second way is correct.

Also assuming that you are using Pub 2003, then compress your images.
"Compress graphics file sizes to create smaller Publisher Web pages":

Then perhaps check that you are uploading correctly. You may not be
uploading the images that are contained in the "index_files" folder.

If none of that helped repost your question in the webdesign group, with
what you have tried, or at least post the URL of the site.
