I have a .jpg image of a person. I have another .jpg of a hat that I want to
place on the persons head and touch up the area so it looks natural. Can
this be done in Word?

If so how? If not, what do I need?

You really need a graphics program to do something like this. I'm willing to
give it a shot if you want to send both graphics. I have PhotoDraw,
CorelDraw, and PhotoShop.

Thank you Anne for the reply. However, I printed both pics separately,
attached them together the way I wanted, scanned them as a image file. This
works ok.
