Why won't Picture it open after latest windows XP update?

Which update are you referring to? SP2?

Which version of Picture It! are you using?

Do you receive errors? What are they?

I am having problems opening Picture It Publishing 2002 also on my laptop. I
have Office 2003 installed with SP1 & SP2. When I open the Picture It, I
receive the Windows Installer box and then another box Microsoft Pciture It
Publishing Platinum 2002 box with " The feature you are trying to use is on
a CD-ROM or on other removable disk that is not available."

I have even gotten the disks an tried that but the error occurs again the
next time I use Picture It.

Also I guess this is the correct newsgroup for Picture It questions? The
newsgroup breakdown has changed.

The best way to access the desired group is to setup the Microsoft newsgroups.

You may have some corrupted installer files
