picture toolbar

[mark hattman]

how do I gt the picture toolbar to appear in publisher
2000? this would be the toolbar that appears in word and
used to appear in older versions of publisher.

Picture Toolbar didn't exist in Publisher 2000 and older.

Well, it kinda does, when you Insert, picture, new drawing, the toolbar does appear
but when you exit the drawing the toolbar exits too.
