pictures and captions

Is there any way of linking a caption to an inserted picture so that if you
move or resize the picture the caption moves with the picture.

Also I want to use word wrap round both picture and caption so that caption
does not get mixed into the wrapped text if that is changed.

The best way to do this is to insert both picture and caption in line with
text, then select both and insert a frame (using the button on the Forms
toolbar). They will stay (and move) together, and text can be wrapped around
the frame.
