pictures embedded in the message

Does anyone know how to set up Outlook XP so that
attached images are displayed directly in the text of an
incoming message?

Yahoo has this feature and I am hoping it is possible to
do in Outlook.

In the compose window, choose Insert>Picture. Then browse to the location of
the picture you want to insert.

Thank you for your reply James, but I am actually trying
to figure out a way that I can view images within the
text of the messages I recieve, rather than opening each
jpg separately.

With my yahoo account attached images show up as a
reduced version within the text of an incoming message.

I *think* I know what you mean now...it's a little preview of the attached
image, right?
If so, there is no way I know of in Outlook to do this.
