pictures in a document

i had inserted picture in tiff in a document in publisher 2002 a month ago
and printed copies and saved the file.
Now when I open the file, cant see picture in file. In print preview I can
see the picture. When I print, picture is not printed.
what happen?
Is any of my setting doing this?

In the print dialogue, click advance printing settings, clear "do not print any
graphics."

..tiff images can be tricky.
