Is there a way to make my picture into a oval shape
=================
Are you using MS Publisher? Which version?

In Pub2003...click the Oval button in your
left pane and add an oval to your project.
(left click / drag)

Right click the Oval and choose...
Format AutoShape / Colors and Lines tab /
open the Fill - Color drop window / choose
Fill Effects / Picture Tab / (check the 'Lock
Picture Aspect Ratio' box) / Select Picture button...
select the picture / Insert / OK / OK.

If this is not satisfactory...you would have better
results using a digital image editing program.
