Pixelated graphics/photos after saving

Sara

I have Publisher 2002 and am saving the file in 2000 so a friend can give
imput as she only has Publisher 2000. When I save my file the graphics and
photos are pixelated and grainy the next time I open the file to work on it.
I have had to cut all the graphics and replace them with the original
graphics that are not distorted. Please help... this is very frustrating!

It is a well-documented fact that formatting will be lost when saving as a
Publisher 2000 file from Publisher 2002.

If your friend just wants to make suggestions based on seeing the file, I
recommend converting it to PDF. There is a free converter at
www.primopdf.com

Otherwise, your friend should really upgrade to Publisher 2002 or 2003.

In addition to what Ed said, do a Save As to a new file when you convert
your Pub 2002 to 2000. Keep your original file unchanged.
