Placeholders only

I saved a web page as a word file then edited some text. I did this in word
2k and exerything went fine. When I brought the file home to edit in word
2002, I only get placeholders instead of the graphics. I've tried all the
settings in word and no go. Tried disabling hardware accel, still no joy.
Please help.
