Does it stay in your Outbox and not send? Does it send but your intended
recipient never receives it? Please provide further information.

1) Version of Outlook
2) Email environment (Exchange, POP3, etc.)
3) Do you use a PST? What is the size?
4) What troubleshooting have you already performed?
5) Are there any error messages/numbers?
