PLEASE HELP!!! Convert old outlook database to new outlook database

Hi every one,

I'm new on this forum...
I have a big problem with outlook. That's why I'm here.

My question is simple:
How to convert an old outlook 97-98 pst database to a new outloo
xp-2003 pst database?

Purpose:
I want to retrieve all contacts from the old database to the new one.

I fight with this old database for a while now Please, help me...

File > Import and select the 97-2002 PST and follow the instructions.

I am having the same problem! I did that but only really
old e-mails import. None of my 2004 folder or recent mail
is importing. Any more ideas?
