Please help with sending publication as e-mail

Previously when I would send a publication as an e-mail (in the body; not as
an attachment), it seems I was able to also type a message to go with it.
Now, for some reason, I do not have that ability and I don't know what may
have changed or if I am just wrong in thinking that I could do it before.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

You should probably tell the gurus here what version of Publisher you
are using, what email program you are using and what version of
Windows you are using.

Many problems with sending a Pub document to others. Best to convert to a
PDF and attach it. Download and install the free PrimoPDF.
http://www.primopdf.com It installs as a 'print' driver and is easy to use.

Thank you -
I am using Publisher 2003 on a Windows XP system, and sending the e-mail
through Outlook. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your suggestion and the referral of the free PDF converter
program. This will be helpful although I still would like to know if it is
just not possible to type a message along with including the publication in
the body. Other than not being to type a message, I have had no problems
with creating and sending these kinds of e-mails.

Hi David - What I want is to be able to have a subject line but also type a
message in the body of the e-mail (as you would normally do), that would show
above the publication. There's not always enough space in the subject line
for the message I may want to include.

Does the fact I am using Outlook and not Outlook Express possibly make a
difference? Thanks for your help!

Sorry, no. I only use OE, and its not possible there either. Pub 2007 allows
for email merge which would allow you to merge custom information into an
email publication, but I don't know that even that would do what you are
asking.
