Pop up Name Problem - Please Help

Whenever I open up an email to forward it or reply it marks my name in the
section that I edited: [Bob Smith]

It is almost as if I am in some sort of save edits screen that tracks who
made the changes, etc. How do I get out of this setting?

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Uncheck "Mark my comments with"
