I setup MS outlook to check email from my workplace and
it works very good, but now I have a problem when i go
back to my office. I 'm not able to check the mail that
I've already read at home. Is there anyway I can setup so
that I can read email from my home and office.

Set your email server settings at home to keep a copy on the server
