Populate Doc properties based on content

I need a way to autopopulate the word document's metadata fields (under File

Properties) from entries in the content. The content would be enterd via

form fields or perhaps paragraph styles. Anyone know a way (Word 2003)

I don't want my users to go into the file > properties area and fill out the
Properties, then bring it into the content via fields. I want it to work the
'other way'.

Is there a way?

You can populate the document Properties with a UserForm.
