Is it possible to show the time in weekly increments in the Portfolio
Analyzer Field List? I would like to view project work loading over weeks.
Is their a way to add task assignments as a filter? Thank you.

DC,

Did you ever find a way to get weekly increments in Portfolio Analyzer? I
need the same and haven't been successful in finding a solution.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,

msnews.microsoft.com is the account needed in which to view the microcoft
newsgroups like this one. If you're using Outlook Express or some other
newsreader, just reset the newsroups and search for the one you want. If
you accessing the newsgroups from the Internet, then from:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?lang=en&cr=US&dg=microsoft.public.project
on the left, click on Microsoft Project and select the one you want.

I am also looking for a way to include weekly time and task assignments in
the Portfolio Analyzer. Were you ever able to find the answer?

Thank you.

If you want to see the Weeks time dimension and/or task-level data in
Porfolio Analyzer views, the only way to do this is to extend the OLAP Cube
If you want to handle this yourself, refer to Bob Segrest's excellent white
paper in our Project Server Experts Downloads section at the following URL:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Downloads/Forms/AllItems.aspx

If you do not have the in-house expertise to extend the OLAP cube, you can
purchase a Project Server add-on to do this, available at the following URL:

http://www.bogdanov-associates.com/eng.asp

Hope this helps.
