"Posted To" Field in Public Folder Posts

This is a question about public folders in Outlook 2003. When people
send a post (not an email) to our public folder and other individuals
in the company we can not see the others in the "Posted To" field.
The other individuals can see the public group has been copied, but we
can't see it. For example: A post goes to Public Group A, Bob, and
Sally. Bob and Sally can see everyone who has been copied, but Public
Group A can't see Bob and Sally. Does anyone know why or how we can
fix it?
