Posting a picture

I want to put a picture on one page on my site. The picture has 10
people in it. Is it possible to have a hyperlink on each person? I
have the picture in .jpg format now. how would I do this?

I am sure there are plenty of different ways to do this,
my suggestion is this:

-From the Drawing toolbar select the text box.
-Draw a text box the size of the area where you want the
link. i.e. around the figures head.
-right click on the text box and select Format Text Box
-Remove any fill or border colors from the text box (this
makes the box invisible) select ok
-right click again on the text box and select Hyperlink
-insert the hyperlink and make sure to remove any wording
from the screen tip edit bar at the top of the hyperlink
pop up window.
