Power Point Animation

Is there a method to disable all animation in a slide show. Sometime, when
I'm showing the sho over webex for instance, I may want to disable the
animation to improve performance.

In powerpoint 2002/Xp/2003 you can go to the slideshow menu and choose "set up show"

Tick the "show without animation" box
