Power Point Moving Files

I am having trouble with a moving image I have it set to once I click on it ,
it starts, on all images. Now only some of the images once I click on it turn
black. I was told in the past that if the path is too long where the files
was from that might make it lock, but I have narrowed the path down and I
dont think that is the issue, do you have any suggestion of how I can solve
this?

Can you clarify what you mean by "a moving image"? Is it a video, or are you
talking about a picture with a PPT animation?

Can you tell us what the path to your file is? I think movies usually turn
white when the path length is too long, but it's worth investigating.

It is a clip from an ultrasound (movie) and it is locking up or black screen
when clicked to animate. Please advise

First, create a new test folder in C:\.
Then, move the ppt file and movie into the test folder.
Now, re-insert the movie to see if it works.
