Power Point Template Question

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me the best possible way to
enforce the use of only one template with Power Point. We would like to
delete all the default templates and only allow users to use a company
approved template for presentations. Also, what would be the best way to
remove the templates that are currently installed in a timely fashion?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

We write add-ins for PowerPoint that help with this, but totally locking it up
is somewhere between difficult and impossible.

It might be better to think in terms of making it as EASY as possible for your
users to do what you want them to do.
We would like to

approved template for presentations.

Start by creating a template and setting it as the default:

Create a default "blank" presentation with your own defaults

remove the templates that are currently installed in a timely fashion?

Basically, delete them. The best way would depend a lot on how many users you
have and what sort of tools you have to control their PCs.

This seems to be a per-user based setting, correct? We are using a terminal
server environment. Is there a way to automate setting the default for ALL
users? Or would they each have to go in there and do this?

Per user, yes. I don't know anything about terminal server setups, so can't help
there, but I'd imagine there'd be a way to roll user settings out to all users.
