Windows XP Home Edition is your operating system and does
not come with any applications. I assume you mean you
are wondering if Office was installed.
Open up Windows Explorer, click on your "c" drive, then
on "programs", then on Microsoft Office, then "Office
10". Scroll down and you should see it in the list. To
get it on your desktop just right click on the Powerpoint
icon and "send it to desktop".
