Powerpoint and MPEG-4 Video Files or .MOV

I am trying to insert video files that are MAC content, how do I go about
doing this so it will show up on the powerpoint?

Are you using a mac to create things... or are the video files from a MAC ?

Can you create mpeg4 files or .mov quicktime files ?
