Powerpoint Audio Cuts off at slide transition

I have a ppt (4) slide show I want to run on the Internet. I got the slides to show up (thanks to the amazing sonja!) Now I need the audio that starts on the first slide to continue through the remaining 3 slides. It cuts off at the transition. Other than editing the audio for each slide I can't seem to get it to work. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
