PowerPoint: Very Slow when Open file

Dear Sir,
Would you please help me about slowly file opening.
When i open some ppt files, it take a long time.
I found that PowerPoint try to connect the Internet.

But some files that I create new from my computer, it don't have this
problem.

Why Powerpoint need to connect internet when we are opening the file?
And how can i do? Would you please help me.

site. After that, I checked my file and found that any object on the file
didn't have link to website.
Then the file opening are still slow.

Do you have another comment?

How did you check the file?

I would do a Save As and save the file with a new name, then delete half the
slides, close the file and reopen it. I would continue to do this until I
found the problem image.
