how can I auto play Quick time media clips in Power point
slide show?

Hi,

Click on Insert, Object, Create from File, Select your
file, click on OK.

Click on Slide Show, Custom Animation, Select the object,
click on the multimedia tab and set it to activate
contents, click on the order & timing tab and change the
Start animation to automatically 0 seconds.

When you insert a clip, a balloon should pop up and ask

you if you want it to play automatically...in which case
you'd click "yes". If the balloon doesn't pop up, you can
insert the clip, click on it, go to your toolbar menu ->
Slide Show -> Custom Animation. A box should pop up with
the name of your video and a drop down arrow.
Select "Start with previous" and it should play
automatically when you advance to that slide.

What Ms G and Glen said. But remember that PPT can't play more recent QT
files, though it's okay with versions 1 and 2.
