How do I link two text boxes and a picture so they are one. Right now on one
slide I have 2 text boxes and a picture. I do I make them all come in as
one. So when I select the 3 items I get little boxes all around them?

Try grouping them:

Select all of your images (shift> click > click, etc.)
Select Draw (bottom left hand corner of user interface > Group
