Prevent the viewing of macro code

I want to give a spreadsheet with macros to another user.
I do not want that person to be able to view the code, but
I don't want to disable the macro either. Is that
possible.

Wrong newsgroup...this is for ACCESS database program.

But yes you can put a password on the VBE itself. Open the VBE and select
Tools | VBA Project Properties. Select Protection and put a password on it.
That will have EXCEL prompt for the password if someone wants to open the
VBE for that EXCEL file.
