Prevent user switching project windows

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent the user switching between the projects
window during some processes in the active project is not finished?
Especially, the Application.LoadWebBrowserControl() is called, because
it will crashes the MSProject2002 or load the web browser into an
incorrect window.
