Preventing automatic removal of attachments

How can I retrieve attachments which I know are safe but outlook express has
automatically deemed unsafe and removed?

Perform the registry hack mentioned at Microsoft's KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=829982. Or, get a tool to assist in
configuring these registry changes, like Attachment Options (a link to
it should be at http://www.slipstick.com/).

Oops, I see you are posting in an Outlook newsgroup about a problem with
Outlook Express. In the future, post in an Outlook EXPRESS newsgroup
regarding Outlook Express problems or questions. For OE, it's a
security option.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Hint: Tools>Options>Security.
