preview only fonts

I am creating a newspaper in Publisher 2002. It was
saving just fine and then I started getting this
message: "One or more embedded fonts used in this
publication are preview-only. You can edit the
publication by using the preview-only fonts, but you
cannot save changes you make. To save changes, reopen
the publication without loading preview-only fonts. For
more information, press F1." Now I cannot save the
publication at all now. I went into TOOLS - COMMERCIAL
PRINTING - FONTS and checked the list of fonts - all are
OK. Pressing F1 brings up instructions to save the
publication and reopen it without loading the preview
only fonts. Obviously I can't do that since it WON'T
save. I have checked everything in the publication to
make sure none are preview-only fonts. Is there any way
to auto-check the publication to find the problem? Is
there anyway to get around the message so I can at least
save the newspaper, reopen it, and check the LOAD FONTS
list? Please let me know if you can help. I my computer
goes down - I lose all my changes since I can't close the
file.

Jennifer go to menu FILE then SAVE AS and save the file with a new file
name.

It sounds like you may be using this file across a network, with the
Publisher file on the network server and not the local computer.

If you are using the file from a network server, you will have problems.
Publisher files have to be worked on the local computer hard drive.

Depending on the size of page and number of pages, Publisher is probably not
the best application to do a newspaper in due to the current file format
bugs/problems.
