Previewing/Modifying Pictures in VBA

Is there a link somewhere on how to possibly use windows picture and fax
viewer on a VBA Form. I need to view a picture, and possibly rotate it before
i put it into a word document. Image Boxes are fine and all, but it just
seems like too much work.
