print greeting card size 5"x7" size not available

I am trying to print a greeting card, size 5"x7" but the size is not
available on publisher, I created a new form on my printer server properties
but this still does not appear, any help please

Are you setting up the printer for 10 x 7 and then selecting booklet in page
setup?

Some HP drivers have been updated to facilitate new stock sizes.

Even if you haven't a HP printer it may be your printer has an updated driver.
Check on the manufacturer's web site.

In addition to Erika's reply, most printers have custom settings. You can
include a custom size in the printers folder. File, Print Server Properties.
Check "Create a new form." Or do it in Publisher's print setup.

but when I go back into print setup, the 'new form' size does not appear?

What model printer do you have? Did you try setting up the custom setting within
Publisher print properties?

My printer is an Epson Stylus C66. I did set up the custom setting within
publisher print properties, but just cannot get the card to print correctly,
am I doing something wrong. The card size is 5"x7" so I set the custom to
that size, but was wrong, so I re-set it to 10"x7 and thought this would work
but still it does not print accordingly, any idea what I am doing wrong.

Mags, I downloaded your driver, I was able to create a custom size (user
defined). You have to type 700 for the width, 1000 for the height, save with a
unique name. Click the advanced button, page layout tab, check Reduce/Enlarge
Document, be certain your user defined size is showing.

In page setup, it should reflect the settings you made in the printer
properties, select landscape.


Publisher did not insert pages, you will have to add three pages.

Hi, I tried what you said, but I seem to be unable locate the user defined
size that I saved on the new form, I tried to delite the last form that I
saved but this size is still showing in the user defined. When I check
Reduce/Enlarge Document, the user defined size does not show?

Completely uninstall your driver, re-install from your CD or download the driver
from Epson.
