Print Preview

I use Publisher to edit a tabloid-style newspaper for our local school
district. Last year, I printed the newspaper on a standard printer using
11x17 paper. This year, I am using a local webpress. The new page dimensions
are 10.25"x11.5".

The problem is when I preview the printed page it is skewed and split
between two or four pages.

I'm hopeful there is simple solution to my problem. My September deadline is
looming! )

Check all of your settings - page and printer.

Thank you for taking time to respond. I have checked my settings, but am
still having problems. I even tested landscape vs portrait .

A couple of thoughts:

I downloaded PrimoPDF and am able to save my Publisher files to a PDF. I was
wondering if the fact my printer is an outdated HP2100 could be a problem. As
far as I can tell, the printer has no "zoom" capablities in order to print a
unique-sized page.

I am not familiar with that printer so I can't help you but when I need to
change the scale of a print, I always use .pdf files. It's so much easier -
and I really like things that make my life easier. Heaven knows there's
enough out there that challenges me.

It shouldn't matter the age of the printer. My HP is much older. Do you have the
PCL 6 driver installed?
