Print Resource Assignments

I have 15 - 20 projects which all use the same resources. I have a "Master
Resource" file that I share among all the projects. How do I print a report
that will show me work to be completed by resource? I have nothing on the
task list because all I am doing is sharing the resources in the master file.

Create a master project file, insert the 15-20 projects. Set the file to use
the shared resources.

View/Resource Usage....
Using auto filter, select the desired resource.

I tried this. When I try to print a report "Reports - Assignments - To Do
List" with the resource filter, I get an error saying that there no data.

Is your ResourcePool.mpp file open along with Master.mpp?
When you assigned resources, you did it from Project1.mpp, Project2.mpp,
etc. with Resources assigned from ResourcePool.mpp?
It's helpful (but not required) for all the files to be in the same folder.
It avoids problems later.

I just did this in P2003 and P2007 and had no problems.
