Print return adress on multiple envelopes

Word allows you to define a return address that is automatically added to
envelopes you create using the Envelopes dialog. I suspect this is not what
you're asking. Perhaps you want to know how to create multiple reply
envelopes (SASEs) with the same delivery address (to be returned to you)?

If so, create the envelope and click Add to Document. This will give you the
envelope attached to whatever the current document is (preferably a blank
one). You can then print as many copies as needed by printing either "s1" or
page "0." If you want to save the envelope (without the document) for reuse,
see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/DetachEnvelope.htm.

Even if you really did mean "return address" (perhaps you want to print
multiple envelopes with your return address, to be addressed by hand), the
method above will still work.

It should be almost automatic. What is preventing you from doing so? How are
you going about it? What version of Word are you using? Have you looked in
Word Help on the subject of envelopes?

Look under "Tools," "Envelopes and Mailings" and a window will open that lets
you set the return address.
