Print to File

When printing a calandar, the print window appears as usual, but I noticed a
check box "print to file" on the top right of the window. I would like to use
this feature to print my calendar to a file rather than paper. How do I
specify what file I would like it to print to? Is there a default "print to"
file in outlook?

By default Outlook will open the My Documents folder but you can change the
location. Chances are that the next time you use this feature it will
remember the location used last time.
